Every first Friday of the month, we will have 1.5 hours to focus on a specific trick and the variations and transisitions of that trick. We learn the fundamentals and then how to add it to our flow! During the month, you are welcome to join our private FB group so you can support each other, post your progress and ask questions.
15 mins; Onbody warm up and personal stretch time
1 hour of teaching
15mins; group or individual practice and feedback. This is your time to film yourself. A great way to remember moves and also to develop your own feedback.
